On Friday, The Highland Rams faced the Owyhee Storm in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Highland enjoyed a cozy 28-10 win over Owyhee. The win was familiar territory for Highland who now have five in a row.
Jackson Riddle continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 226 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry. Riddle really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.
Highland's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Owyhee, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3.
Highland is on the road again on Friday and play against Meridian at 8:15 p.m. on November 10th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Idaho (Meridian is ranked fifth, while Highland is ranked second). Owyhee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
