 Jamir Vaughan was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 238 yards and three  TDs while picking up 11.9 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 32 yards and one  score. His passing game has become a key predictor of Norview's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 2-3 otherwise. 87 of  Vaughan's passing yards were hauled in by Treyvon Stephens-Freeman, who also brought in a  receiving touchdown.

The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess:  Haiden Louther and  Antoine Ward, who each picked up 0.5  sacks apiece.  Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Norcom's offense. They were beaten by Maury 66-0 on Friday. The Greyhounds have struggled against the Commodores recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
 Norview's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Norcom, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
