While Moffat County might've come up empty on Saturday, Jr Welch wasn't going down without a fight. Despite the defeat, Welch was still balling out as he went 9-for-18 to rack up 25 points along with five boards and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.

Coming up, Moffat County and Battle Mountain will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will pit Welch up against the Huskies' star point guard Blake Roberts.
