Norris is 9-1 against Blair since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Norris Titans will welcome the Blair Bears at 6:00 p.m. Norris is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.
Last Friday, Norris strolled past Gretna East with points to spare, taking the game 45-28.

Norris' success was spearheaded by the efforts of Ize Tidball, who made all 6 shots she took to post 14 points along with eight boards and three steals, and Ray Wegner, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds. Tidball is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Landri Gates, who posted eight points.
Norris smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in ten consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Blair, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 45-33 victory over Gretna on Tuesday.
Blair's win came from a few key players Norris will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Beau Wendt, who had 12 points. Addie Sullivan was another key player, putting up ten points.
Norris' win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Blair, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Friday's game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Tidball and Sullivan. Tidball has been dynamite this season: she has averaged 9.3 points, 3.3 steals, and 6.8 boards. For her part, Sullivan has averaged 13.1 points.
Norris didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Blair in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 50-46 victory. Does Norris have another victory up their sleeve, or will Blair turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
