After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southern Lehigh, Wilson Area was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Catasauqua Rough Riders a 12-0 shutout. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by seven runs or more this season.
Abymarie Colon was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Tessa Fredericks was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
