The Foothill Mustangs lost against the West Park Panthers back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Foothill was dealt a 65-37 loss at the hands of West Park.
Foothill's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tomari Harris, who scored 10 points. Harris scored a full 27% of Foothill's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of David Robinson, who scored 8 points.
Foothill now has a losing record at 1-2. As for West Park, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foothill won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Encina Prep at 7:00 p.m. on November 29th. As for West Park, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Rio Linda at 8:30 p.m. on November 30th.
