Tustin will be defending their home turf for the first time on Thursday when they go up against Notre Dame at 3:15 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Tustin had enough points to win and then some against Foothill last Thursday, winning 24-8.
Meanwhile, Notre Dame might have drawn first blood against Xavier Prep on Thursday, but it was Xavier Prep who got the last laugh. Notre Dame took a 6-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of Xavier Prep. The contest was a 6-6 toss-up at halftime, but Notre Dame was outplayed in the second half.
Tustin's win lifted them to 3-0 while Notre Dame's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Tustin can add another positive mark to their record or if Notre Dame can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Tustin's step.
