They put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 16-6 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cavaliers, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

John Carroll Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-12 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games. As for Ramsay, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.
