Several Deposit-Hancock players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Micah Simmons, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 17 boards. Simmons is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down 12 or more in each of the last 18 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Blake Fortunato, who went 10-for-24 to rack up 23 points along with five assists and three steals.
Unatego pushed their record up to 8-5-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points over those games. As for Deposit-Hancock, their record now sits at 12-8.
