Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Albion). They blew past the Barker Bulldogs 77-46 on Friday. The Purple Eagles pushed the score to 65-29 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bulldogs cut but never quite recovered from.

Barker's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Isaac Monaco, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 16 points, and Donovan Hefferon, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Prynn, who posted four points and three steals.

Albion has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for Barker, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.

Albion will welcome Medina at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Barker, they will head out on the road to square off against Alden at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
