Kettle Moraine Lutheran (Jackson, Wis.) grabbed a lead in the first quarter and rode that momentum to a 58-20 win over Lomira (Wis.).

After taking the lead on a touchdown run in the first quarter, KML led 40-7 at the half.
The Jackson school expanded its lead to 45 points entering the fourth quarter. The Chargers scored two times in the third, including once on a two-point conversion.
When the two teams played each other last season, Kettle Moraine Lutheran came away with a 35-14 victory.
The victory was a step in the right direction for KML, which was coming off a 41-20 defeat at the hands of Omro in its previous game. The win broke Kettle Moraine Lutheran's two-game losing streak.
Kettle Moraine Lutheran (2-4) goes up against Winnebago Lutheran Academy in a Wisconsin Flyway game matchup next week, while Lomira (1-5) locks horns with Mayville also in a Wisconsin Flyway game.
