Jr. Quan Robinson touchdown pass to Lattimore in the third quarter.
Glenville locked in the win by scoring 14 points in the fourth quarter to push the final margin to 28.
GHS had given up an average of 8.8 points prior to the contest. The Hornets came in surrendering 16.0 points per game this season.
The defeat comes as a step back for Highland, which notched a 24-21 victory over Avon in its previous outing.
