The Hartfield Academy Hawks will be playing at home against the Madison-Ridgeland Academy Patriots at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hartfield Academy will be strutting in after a win while the Patriots will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Tuesday, Hartfield Academy faced the Bobcats in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Hartfield Academy took down the Bobcats 53-35. The win was just what Hartfield Academy needed coming off of a 83-40 loss in their prior match.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Madison-Ridgeland Academy, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 59-45 loss to the Raiders on Thursday. Madison-Ridgeland Academy has struggled against the Raiders recently, as their matchup on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Hartfield Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season. As for Madison-Ridgeland Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 27-4.
