Lee County had a senior duo take command as Larken Pickard had 16 digs and three aces and Kallie Byrd had nine digs. Those 16 digs set a new season-high mark for Pickard. Mylee Mitchell also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.
Triton's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Lee County, they moved to 9-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
