She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Kendall Amaya was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven rebounds and seven steals.
Luling bumped their record down to 2-14 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.0 points per game. As for Nixon-Smiley, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-19.
Luling will take on Great Hearts Northern Oaks at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nixon-Smiley, they will head out on the road to face off against Randolph at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
