Ratings Comments: Anadarko falls out after losing 57-0 to Bishop McGuinness. Despite the lopsided loss, Anadarko is still a dangerous playoff contender. McGuinness is that good. McLoud slips down two spots after blowing a 28-12 lead against sixth-ranked Mannford. Weatherford returns despite a 4-3 record, with their only losses coming to Clinton, Duncan, and Bishop McGuinness.
Mannford takes down McLoud
Mannford shot down McLoud despite trailing by 16 points in the third quarter, 43-26.
Trailing 28-12 in the third quarter, Gage Waffle hauled in a 33-yard scoring strike from John Winfield. In the fourth quarter, Waffle and Jesse Chaflin took over. Waffle scored on a 1-yard run before breaking free on a 97-yard run to put Pirates in front. Chaflin booted both PATs after Waffle's touchdowns and added a 3-yard run of his own to cap to give Mannford some insurance.
Of course, Waffle added the two-point conversion run to give Mannford a 15-point victory, achieving maximum district points.
Mannford survived Wayland Moore touchdown passes to Billy Compau.
Class 4A Quick Hits
Bishop McGuinness won its 21st straight game, posting its 11th shutout in the process, with a 57-0 whitewash of Anadarko. Known for their smash mouth running game, the Fighting Irish threw four touchdown passes in the victory. Junior tight end Gabe Ikard and Chris Poston both hauled in touchdown receptions for McGuinness. Joey DeGuisti, Alex Valle, and Kris Parham all added rushing touchdowns in the rout.
Grove moved to 7-0 with a 42-26 victory over Oologah thanks to two touchdown runs by Corey Davenport. Darius Hopper threw for a touchdown pass and added another on the ground to pace the Ridgerunners.
Everett Shaver rushed for 158 yards to lead Wagoner to a 41-3 victory over Jay. Shaver scored on an 80-yard burst early in the fourth quarter to give the Bulldogs the cushion they would need. Gus Jones added two rushing touchdowns for the Bulldogs.
Broken Bow posted its third shutout in district play with a 7-0 victory over Idabel in the Little River Rumble. Joey Shomo's 44-yard touchdown toss to Stephen Whitmore with 2:23 remaining in the first half was all the Savages would need.
Israel Maselera threw for three first-half touchdown passes as Glenpool thrashed Cushing, 56-14. Marco Nelson added touchdown runs from 40 and 10 yards for the Warriors, who led 49-0 at halftime.
Miami moved to 5-2 after a 57-0 thrashing to Tulsa Webster, setting up a crucial stretch in the toughest district in Class 4A. The Wardogs face second-ranked Grove this week before finishing the season with games at Oologah and Wagoner. Miami is unbeaten against in-state competition this season.
Weatherford returns to the rankings after a 43-0 victory over Guymon. Lyndon and Gordon Perry both hauled back interceptions to paydirt in the second quarter as the Eagles rolled to a 28-0 halftime lead. Weatherford pounded out 286 yards on the ground in the victory.

Ratings Comments: Victory Christian, on the strength of three consecutive victories, re-enters the rankings for the first time since week 2 at No. 8. Marlow moves from tenth to seventh following a 20-19 victory over Sulphur, who falls two spots to nine. Sequoyah-Claremore falls two spots to ten after a 35-13 loss to Metro Christian.
Class 3A Quick Hits
Top-ranked Clinton blasted Blanchard 54-13 thanks to 484 total yards. The Red Tornadoes got a pair of touchdowns from junior Antonio Huddlen and fullback Cameron Gladd. Chris Pearson added a 68-yard first-quarter run and later latched on to a 45-yard touchdown pass from Ryan Stringer. After a week eight game against Elgin, the Red Tornadoes finish the campaign with second-ranked Tuttle and fifth-ranked Kingfisher.
Tuttle junior Bryce Moore rushed for 171 yards in a 49-0 victory over Cache. Through seven games, Moore has rushed for 1,394 yards and 16 touchdowns.
Third-ranked Plainview remained unbeaten with a hard-fought 35-23 victory over Purcell. After Purcell's Matt Berry opened the scoring on a 33-yard field goal, Plainview's Wes Davis returned the ensuing kickoff 99 yards for a score. Justin Blackmon had two touchdown receptions from 60 and 80 yards via Brandon Allen. Allen added an 11-yard run in the fourth quarter to give Plainview the final margin of victory.
Vinita continues its quest for a gold ball in fine fashion with a 35-7 victory over Blackwell. Deandre George rushed for two touchdowns for the Hornets. Lance Williams led the defense with a 42-yard interception return for a touchdown.
Metro Christian rolled to an emphatic 35-13 victory over defending 3A champion Sequoyah-Claremore. Quarterback Jason Robison threw for two touchdown strikes, bringing his season total to 25 for the Patriots. Robison was 20-of-29 passing for 131 yards, linking up with Ryan Nussbaum and David Fitter for touchdowns.
Victory Christian continued its resurgence, claiming its fourth straight victory with a 21-12 decision over Hugo. Michael Lee rushed for two touchdowns to lead the Conquerors.

It wasn't that its unbeaten record was not impressive; it's that Class 2A is loaded with a lot of solid teams. A 41-6 victory over Adair is enough. the Bears are in.

Tonkawa fell 21-0 to Luther, who moves in at ninth. Luther's Josh Birmingham continues his assault on the ground for the Lions, rushing for 1,544 yards and 22 touchdowns this season.
Class A Quick Hits
Foyil's Taylor Antle opened a 51-14 victory with an 86-yard kickoff return for a score. After scoring on a pair of touchdown runs, Antle later added a 35-yard punt return.
Tyler Hancock threw for 274 yards and a touchdown as Washington downed Minco, 30-8. Josh Zimmer rushed 113 yards and two touchdowns, bringing his season total to 24.
Rush Springs' Dustan McClenny rushed for three touchdowns in a 61-7 victory over Konawa.
Pawnee got four touchdown runs from Cameron Heisler in a 60-8 victory over Mounds.
Ringling pummeled Elmore City 61-7 behind four first half touchdown runs by Josey Harbour. Harbour has averaged over 10 yards per carry this season and has 17 touchdown runs.

Eight-Man Quick Hits
Morrison cruised to a 46-0 victory over Welch thanks to two touchdown runs and a kickoff return for score by Ricky Holba. Shawn Walls added three touchdown passes, two of them to Seth Owens, for the Wildcats.
Shattuck won its 62nd consecutive game with a 54-0 victory over Buffalo. It only took the Indians two quarters to claim the victory. Kyle Bentley started the scoring spree with a 25-yard interception return for six. Later, Bentley added a 40-yard scoring reception from quarterback Kahle Young.
Cashion continued to roll through its opposition with a two-quarter 54-0 victory over Wetumka. Junior Cayden Cochran tossed two touchdown passes and added a 25-yard reception for a score to lead the Wildcats. Cashion has outscored its opposition 354-21 this season. Cochran has posted impressive numbers, completing 36-of-64 passes for 751 yards and 17 touchdowns, compared to just one interception. Keep in mind, Cashion rarely takes its games into the second half.
Ratings newcomers Laverne downed Cherokee, 60-12. Seth King rushed for two touchdowns to lead Tigers. J.R. Haliburton added two more rushing touchdowns for 6-1 Laverne.
