Jayden Whidbee was nothing short of spectacular for Rockdale County: he rushed for 161 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries, and also caught a touchdown. Whidbee got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 96 yards. Deontae Burtts was another key player, throwing for 130 yards and two touchdowns.
Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Rockdale County, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-5.
