Volleyball Recap: Pipestone Wins Going Away Against Blue Earth

While Pipestone didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-25-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Blue Earth Buccaneers on Tuesday. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Arrows this season.

Pipestone has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Blue Earth, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pipestone will venture away from home to challenge New Ulm Cathedral at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Blue Earth, they will face off against Minnesota Valley Lutheran at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
