Leading Morristown to victory were Jayla Keithley and Emma Nelson. Keithley scored 14 points along with six rebounds and five assists, while Nelson scored 18 points along with five steals. That's the first time this season that Nelson scored 15 or more points. DDanika Rutledge was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with three blocks.
Morristown has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-12 record this season. As for Greenwood Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
