Bellevue West had a senior duo take command as Jaden Jackson scored 18 points along with six assists and four steals and Jadyn Cascio jensen went 8 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 0 assists. That's the first time this season that Cascio jensen scored 15 or more points. Jacob Arop was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds.
Bellevue West's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1. As for Creighton Prep, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bellevue West will face off against Kearney at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday. Creighton Prep on the road again on Saturday and play against Pius X at 4:30 p.m. on January 27th.
