Khyli Proctor continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 13 rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last ten times she's played. Another player making a difference was Kenzi Proctor, who scored 11 points along with five blocks and three steals.
Meanwhile, Shiner put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 65-32 victory over Weimar. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-18.
Bloomington is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. As for Shiner, their victory bumped their record up to 25-2.
Bloomington was taken down by Shiner 71-37 in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Bloomington was down 45-19.
