Fairfield Union barely beat Hamilton Township the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Falcons never let the Rangers get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Wednesday. Considering Fairfield Union have won seven matches by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Hamilton Township from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Maddi Mitchell led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

The victory (which was Fairfield Union's third in a row) raised their record to 9-2-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. As for Hamilton Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4-1.

Coming up, Fairfield Union will venture away from home to square off against Logan at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hamilton Township, they will square off against Bloom-Carroll at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
