Foothills Christian won the last time they faced Temple Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Foothills Christian Flame walked away with a 72-64 win over the Temple Christian Academy Warriors. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Flame.
Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ethan Moses, who went 12 of 23 en route to 29 points and eight boards. Moses' evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Carter Hall, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
Foothills Christian's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Temple Christian Academy, they moved to 13-5 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Foothills Christian will head out to face off against Upstate HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Temple Christian Academy, they will take on New Covenant School at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
