North Murray gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They came out on top against the Dalton Catamounts by a score of 49-42. That's more bragging rights for the Mountaineers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Hudson Hulett went supernova, rushing for 342 yards and five TDs while picking up 12.2 yards per carry, and also picking up 78 receiving yards. North Murray is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Northwest Whitfield at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
