Skyview is 7-1 against Columbia since December of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Skyview Hawks will head out on the road to face off against the Columbia Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Skyview suffered their closest defeat since December 14, 2023 on Friday. They fell just short of Vallivue by a score of 62-59. Skyview has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Columbia had to suffer through a rough 73-37 loss at the hands of Bishop Kelly. Columbia has struggled against Bishop Kelly recently, as their matchup on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Skyview has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season. As for Columbia, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.
Skyview skirted past Columbia 62-60 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Skyview since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
