Glencliff lost against Lawson back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. The Glencliff Colts were dealt  a  67-22 defeat at the hands of the Lawson Lightning. The  game marked the Colts' lowest-scoring  match so far this season.
 Leading Lawson to victory were  Chandler Galloway and  Duran Head.  Galloway  almost  dropped  a double-double on 17  points and nine  boards, while  Head  posted 12 points and four  steals. That's the most  steals  Head has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Elliot Brooks, who  scored four points and three  steals.
Glencliff has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost six of their last seven contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record  this season. As for Lawson, their win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 13-7.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glencliff will take on Valor College Prep at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Glencliff is facing Valor College Prep at the right time seeing as Valor College Prep is stuck on  a  seven-game losing streak. As for Lawson, they will challenge Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
