The Crestline Bulldogs will head out on the road to take on the Plymouth Big Red at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Crestline is hoping to put an end to a nine-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Crestline pushed their score all the way to 68 last Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a hard 83-68 fall against Loudonville. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game two weeks ago (59), Crestline still had to take the loss.
Plymouth can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They blew past South Central 67-45. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Plymouth has managed all season.
Crestline's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Plymouth, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8.
Crestline strolled past Plymouth in their previous matchup back in December of 2021 by a score of 49-31. The rematch might be a little tougher for Crestline since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
