Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Hall). They were the clear victors by  a  20-5 margin over the Fieldcrest Knights on Wednesday. The  victory was some much needed relief for the Red Devils as it spelled an end to their 13-game losing streak.
 Brynn Blair made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  pitched four innings while giving up just two earned  (and three unearned) runs off   two  hits. Blair was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI, one  run,  and one  double. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in April.
 In other batting news,  Caroline Morris was a standout: she got on base  in three of her five plate appearances with three  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  RBI. Those  three  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Haven Rossi, who  got on base  in all five of her plate appearances with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  RBI.
 Hall  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .625. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Hall's win bumped their record up to 5-23. As for Fieldcrest, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the  defeat, which was their eighth straight  at home.
 Coming up, Hall will welcome Orion  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. Fieldcrest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
