The Dupo Tigers can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They walked away with a 42-30 win over Cobden. That 42-30 margin sets a new team best for Dupo this season.
Leading Dupo to victory were Addison Mitchell and Keara Prater. Mitchell scored 13 points, while Prater dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Mitchell has scored at least 25% of Dupo's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaitlyn Roberts, who scored two points along with seven rebounds.
Dupo's victory bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Cobden, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.
