Josh Brackenridge and Andrew Diaz provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Noli Indian. The connection was good for 52 yards, the longest such play in Warrior (8 Man) this season.
Public Safety Academy led the league in scoring this week after putting up 50 points on the Braves. Brackenridge threw for 187 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 200 yards in the win.
The Phoenix's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Dan Wood helped Public Safety Academy's passing attack out by catching two balls for 63 yards.
Diaz was the best wideout in the league this week as Public Safety Academy topped Noli Indian. Diaz racked up three receptions for 92 yards.
5-foot-6 quarterback Brackenridge of Will Mathews' team is the league leader in passing yards this season with 500. He has also thrown six touchdowns. On the ground, Nuview Bridge's Dane Futrell has rushed for 744 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Apolo Rivera. The Nuview Bridge star has 10 catches for 237 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Nuview Bridge takes on second place Noli Indian. The Knights lost to Calvary Chapel last week, while Clyde Miller's team fell to the Phoenix.
The Braves fell 50-48 to Public Safety Academy in the closest game of the week.
