Delta won the last time they faced Alamosa and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers claimed a resounding 48-14 win over the Mean Moose. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won four matchups by 34 points or more so far this season.

QB/DB Ryan threw for 85 yards and one touchdown. On the ground, RB/LB Lockhart rushed for 112 yards and a pair of scores on only 11 carries.

Although Alamosa took the loss, they still got scores from Victor Zepeda and Aj Baker.

Delta's victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.9 points on average over those games. As for Alamosa, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Delta and Alamosa will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Panthers will challenge rival Basalt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Alamosa is set to take on their familiar foe Bayfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
