 In other batting news,  Mays McDill and  Luke McGarrity did most of the damage at the plate:  McDill  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-3, while  McGarrity  scored two  runs and  stole four bases while going 1-for-4. McGarrity is  crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: he's   snagged at least one every time he's  taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was  Harrison Peebles, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Sebastopol was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .480. The last time their  batting average was this high was  back in March of 2024.
 Eupora now  has a losing record of 8-9. As for Sebastopol, their win bumped their record up to 13-1.
