Tongue River have had to suffer through a 4-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a somewhat close 14-9 win over Southeast. Southeast can consider this payback for the 0-45 defeat they dealt Tongue River the last time the teams encountered one another.
The victory bumped Tongue River's record up to 1-4. Southeast are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Next week Tongue River take on Big Horn at 6:00 PM. Both of those teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games. As for Southeast, they will face off against Upton/Sundance.
