Here are some fun facts from what went down on National Signing Day in Kansas:
- Derby, Bishop Miege, Trinity Academy and Shawnee Heights led the state of Kansas with two signees apiece.
- Kansas beat out Kansas State for the most in-state signees. Kansas picked up nine from the state while Kansas State had seven.
- Kansas did not have a 5-star or 4-star player this year.
- Sammy Wheeler of St. James Academy was the only quarterback in the state to sign, going to Kansas State.
