Volleyball Recap: Reagan Pyatt Key Part of Team Effort in Patriots Win

Bethesda Christian won the last time they faced Riverside and things went their way on Thursday too. The Patriots came out on top against the Argonauts by a score of 3-1.

In the three sets Bethesda Christian was on fire: they won each by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-11, 25-10, 25-13.

Bethesda Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Reagan Pyatt, who had 21 assists and five kills. The team also got some help courtesy of Caroline Turner, who had five aces.

Bethesda Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 33 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

The victory got Bethesda Christian back to even at 1-1. As for Riverside, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

Bethesda Christian has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against North Putnam on the 23rd. As for Riverside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Christel House on the 23rd.
