Everything went Hayti's way against Caruthersville on Friday as they made off with a 32-6 victory. Fans of Hayti have seen this all before: every one of Hayti's games this year has ended as a stomp.
Hayti got off to a sluggish start, posting six total points in the first half. Caruthersville matched them to leave it all tied up at 6-6. The offense for Hayti put that tie to bed by coming up with 26 points in the second half to win the game. They added further sheen to their flawless record, now 8-0. The loss dropped Caruthersville's record to 6-2.
Next week Hayti take on Portageville at 7:00 PM. Caruthersville will be staying on the road, facing off against New Madrid County Central. New Madrid County Central are limping into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
