Pine View won the last time they faced Dixie and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Flyers by a score of 2-0.

Brock Swensen paced Pine View's offense, picking up seven kills. Swensen got some help from Preston Twede and his 26 assists. Swensen was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Pine View's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Dixie, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Pine View didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Mountain View on the 20th. As for Dixie, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Salem Hills on the 20th.
