Caiden Hinkle Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Caiden Hinkle produced his most outstanding game to date while leading DeKalb to the win on Friday. Hinkle rushed for 261 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 14.5 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (119.8). Those 261 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Unfortunately for Bellmont, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Hinkle. Hinkle rushed for 224 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries the last time he and the Braves duked it out back in October of 2023.

A Season-Best Performance from Ethan Mcintosh Leads Columbia City over Leo
On Friday, Columbia City got the W thanks in part to Ethan Mcintosh playing the best football he has all season. Mcintosh picked up a sack and made 12 total tackles.
Columbia City's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Mcintosh and Columbia City will take on Norwell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Leo's defeat ended a ten-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-2. Foster and Leo will be playing in front of their home fans against DeKalb at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
