Kody Hage posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Union Grove is 4-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 5-7 otherwise.
