The Abramson Commodores will be playing in front of their home fans against the Carver Collegiate Academy Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Abramson's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Carver Collegiate Academy has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.
In what's become a running theme this season, Abramson gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They breezed by International at home to the tune of 47-12. The win was just what Abramson needed coming off of a 58-19 defeat in their prior match.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 59 points the game before, Carver Collegiate Academy were a bit more limited in their match on Saturday. They were beaten by John Curtis Christian 78-19. While losing is never fun, Carver Collegiate Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 217th, while John Curtis Christian is ranked fifth).
Abramson has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Carver Collegiate Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12.
