The Father Capodanno Grunts suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They took a serious blow against Falcon Christian Academy, falling 95-32. While losing is never fun, Father Capodanno can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 656th, while Falcon Christian Academy is ranked 230th).
Falcon Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Elijah McGee out in front who scored 18 points along with five assists and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McGee has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Meech McDaniel, who scored 16 points along with three steals.
Father Capodanno are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12. As for Falcon Christian Academy, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.
