Apollo will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against McLean County at 7:30 PM. Apollo have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.
It was all tied up at the half for Apollo and Evansville Mater Dei last Friday, but Apollo stepped up in the second half. Apollo took their game against Evansville Mater Dei 17-10.
Meanwhile, McLean County had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 21-14 win over Trigg County.
