While Hamilton put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Early. The Bulldogs simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Longhorns 34-0. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Hamilton has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 points this season. As for Early, they dropped their record down to 1-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamilton will head out to challenge Crawford at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Early, they will square off against Junction at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
