Hawley won the last time they faced Wadena-Deer Creek and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hawley Nuggets walked away with a 70-58 win over the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Nuggets.

Hawley's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-10. As for Wadena-Deer Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 14-8.

Hawley will be playing in front of their home fans against Breckenridge at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Breckenridge will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Hawley surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wadena-Deer Creek, they will venture away from home to take on Henning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Wadena-Deer Creek is facing Henning at the right time seeing as Henning is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
