Harrisonburg's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ryan Fuqua, who scored 19 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. The contest was Fuqua's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Laine Dupuis, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Harrisonburg's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for LaSalle, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
