King's Way Christian has gone 9-1 against Columbia recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Knights will welcome the Bruins at 4:00 p.m. King's Way Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.5 runs per game this season.
On Saturday, King's Way Christian earned a 6-1 win over Cascade Christian.
Adam Klotzer looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, he posted three strikeouts, the most he's had since back in May of 2024.

On the hitting side, Reece Johnson was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sam Somarakis, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, Columbia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Elma, falling 11-4.
Columbia saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Wang, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Wang also hit a double, marking his first of the season.
King's Way Christian has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Columbia, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
King's Way Christian's speedy runners might be the difference in Tuesday's match. The Knights have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.8 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Columbia, though, as they've been averaging only 1.1 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will King's Way Christian continue to outrun the ball?
