Morning Star Academy is returning to their home court after beating Unity Christian on theirs, despite the fact Unity Christian has dominated at home this season. The Mustangs came out on top against the Knights by a score of 3-1 on Monday.
The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 16-25, 25-17, 25-18.

Morning Star Academy can attribute much of their success to Eden Kobernat, who had 17 digs and two aces, and Morgan Tipsword, who had eight digs. That's the most digs Tipsword has posted over her last seven matchups.
They weren't the only good servers: Morning Star Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in 17 consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, Galesburg Christian made easy work of East Moline Christian on Monday and carried off a 3-0 victory.
One reason for the win was Galesburg Christian's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-13.
Morning Star Academy's win bumped their record up to 18-0. As for Galesburg Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8-1.
