Michaela Tate was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one triple.
