Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Crater). They breezed by the Arcata Tigers to the tune of 83-52 on Friday. The Comets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 26 points or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Crater, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 24.2 points. As for Arcata, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.

Crater won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Twelve Bridges at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Twelve Bridges' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Arcata, they will take on Redmond in a tournament on Thursday.
