The Woodbury Royals will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Irondale Knights at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Saturday, Woodbury got the win against Centennial by a conclusive 74-53. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Woodbury.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Irondale, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 80-63 loss to Osseo on Thursday.
Despite the loss, Irondale saw an underclassman step up: Cameron Cramble scored 13 points along with 9 rebounds. Jake Dedominces was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Woodbury's win bumped their season record to 2-0 while Centennial's defeat dropped theirs to 1-3.
Woodbury came up short against Irondale in their previous meeting back in February, falling 50-45. Can Woodbury avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
